The One That Got Away

First one I've seen for auction in years...I did regrettably pass up a complete set of the executive proofs or what ever you want to call the xxx/250, xxx/100 and xx/25...I didn't know much about them at the time but should have picked them up in hindsight...Congrats Brad!  Nice Card.

    Sorry about that. Thanks for the congratulations though. I can't wait to get this one in. How much did the proof set go for?

    They went for around $55 for the set of three...a couple other ones I passed on but shouldn't have were a 1990 Donruss aqueous test for around $75 and a Fleer one of one masterpiece of one of the sports illustrated cards, it went for around $50-55.

    Not sure I would have paid that for the aqueous either. Hopefully that stuff turns up again. I am kind of kicking myself lately for not actively collecting him for several years.
