4th Year of Archives Retired Stars Signatures for Sandy

 I haven't bought many new Sandy cards in the last couple years.  I did not chase any of the 2019 Archives autos and the 2020 is about the same.  This card came from eBay for a whopping $1.25 CAD.  I almost felt bad for the seller.

Opening Day Post

Yes, it's a day late...but I'm not sure the Tribe showed up for opening day either.  Have added a couple new cards since last August.

This is my favourite...1998 Stadium Club Triumvirate Illuminator. Odds were 1:384 in retail packs. Also added 1 Tek pattern (71), a Top 10 want list 1998 Gold Label Class 2 Black and a couple other not too exciting cards.

1985 Father-Son Recreate Autograph

I passed on a couple copies of this card when the product was released in 2016.  They were listed for around $100 then and Archives All-Stars Signature was being released shortly after.  Seeing it on the checklist before release, I was hoping it was a duel auto of Father & Son.  It was a bit of a let down when the Father Son Recreate autos surfaced on eBay.

With only 10 copies and having not seen one in quite some time, I decided to splurge a little and grab one.  

Recent Additions

These updates are starting to become more of an annual thing.

3 boring APBA cards that are nearly identical.

The buyback checklist was once on the Top 10 want list but was removed due to it being quite boring.  It was there just to complete the buyback set.  Next to it is a 1998 Topps Stars Gold Rainbow #/99.  The final card is the last of the playing cards I needed.

I still feel compelled to purchase (or at least try to) any Donruss Recollection that pops up.  The second card is a 1998 Pinnacle Certified Mirror Red that I don't know too much about but don't think they were ever released.  

My second R & N China card of Sandy

A 2013 Signa Cuts card #/5.  It was cheap, not much more to say about it.

Finally snagged an Archives Signature card with the Rockies.

Didn't Come Close To Winning This But...

Thought I'd better save the pictures of this card...It's the first Flair Showcase Masterpiece I've seen.  It sold on eBay for $336 US.

Knocking Off #3

Finally completed the Donruss Signature auto rainbow from ‘97 & 98.  I have been trying to obtain this card for quite some time.  Haven't added much to the Sandy collection in quite some time, especially older cards.  Most of the new stuff is the 2016 & 2017 Topps Signature Archives, which I'm kinda getting bored of.

My First 2017 Archives Postseason Signatures Have Arrived

I recently won two - 3 case breaks from Boomo Breaks (ebay:rainwhiskerr).  Not the most PC breaker out there!  But shipping was quick and priced reasonable to Canada.  No complaints on this end.  I ended up with 7 signatures out of the 6 cases.
